The Harrisburg Housing Authority is a best in class agency serving the residents of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania through direct affordable housing and supportive resources. Our housing services include Housing Choice Vouchers, Public Housing
and scattered site developments. Interested applicants have the opportunity to apply to any of our programs without respect of having extensive, little, or no past or present experience using our services. We primarily serve low-income
