The Harrisburg Housing Authority (HHA) will accept online applications from Monday, February 29 at 9AM until Wednesday, March 2 at 4:30 PM, for families interested in participating in a lottery process to receive a place on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list. Local Partners have agreed to assist applicants by providing the public with free access to computers to complete an online application. Our partners and their locations are as follows:
February 29- March 2, 2016
Tri County Community Action-1514 Derry Street,Harrisburg, PA (open 9:00am-4:00pm each day)
Latino Hispanic American Community Center (LHACC) of the Greater Harrisburg Region*- 1319 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA *(will have bilingual assistance-tendras asistencia bilingue) -(open 10:00am-3:00pm each day)
In addition, the HHA Leasing Office located at 2101 N. Front Street, Building #3, Suite 101, Harrisburg PA 17101, will provide computers with access to complete an application.
HHA will no longer offer or accept paper applications.
**Persons with disabilities or those needing special assistance must submit to the HHA Leasing Office a timely written request for special accommodation(s). Any written requests received after 3:00pm on March 2 will be considered untimely.
For those families that successfully completed the online application and received their confirmation number, a link will be provided to check if you were selected for the lottery at a later date. Please make sure to write down your confirmation number and check the website for updates on when the lottery has been completed.

Once individuals recieve confirmation that they were chosen from the lottery to be part of the HCV waitlist, HHA will update the website with an Applicant Portal to update or make any changes to your application as necessary.
