Application For Public Housing

If you are interested in applying please review and sign the Authorization for Release of Information Notice, and complete the attached Application for Admission and return it to the Leasing Office:

Application for Admission

Families applying for entry into the public housing program must complete an Application for Housing.  It is very important that all adult household members sign the Application for Admission. 

Once the application is complete you can return it in original format by:

 U.S. Postal Service or

drop it off at the Housing Authority’s Leasing Office located at Governor’s Plaza North Front Street, Building #3, Suite 101, 2101, Harrisburg, PA  17110.
